  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs clearance).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.

 

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
